Smoked cauliflower and baby tomato bake topped with fresh oregano from my garden and bio cheese shreds.

- 1 cauliflower
- 1 cup of cherry tomatoes
- liquid smoke
- fresh oregano
- plant based cheese shreds
Place cauliflower florets in a dish and lightly spray with liquid smoke then air fry for 15 minutes.
Place cooked cauliflower into a baking dish with cherry tomatoes and fresh oregano. Season with Lite Salt and pepper.
Make up a cup of plant based cheese sauce mix following the directions on the box and pour over the ingredients.
Sprinkle plant based cheese shreds on top then place in the oven and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Go easy on the liquid smoke because it is very strong.
